Refund/Returns 

Since our items are made to order, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. As always, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at honeybin.co@gmail.com and we can help you as best as possible. 

Shipping 

All products are shipped out of Virginia, USA. Items are made to order in order to reduce waste. Because of this, please allow 1-9 weeks after placing an order to be made and shipped. After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for purchase. If you don't see your number please contact us at honeybin.co@gmail.com or dm us on instagram @honeybin.co. Please only contact us with questions regarding your orders status after 3-4 weeks have passed. This will allow us to give a better picture on your order status. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages in the mail. While we will work with you to locate it, once we drop a package off it is no longer in our hands. We handle each order on a case by case basis before sending out a new item.
