Thank you for visiting our shop! We love hearing from you guys, but if you have a question please read the full policy page for an answer. SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Please refer to the description of the item purchased. All items take 1-9 weeks to be made, before being shipped out. Most items are made to order to help reduce waste. 

Can I expedite my order?

At this moment, we do not offer expeditions on orders. If you need your order by a certain date, please plan accordingly.

How long is shipping?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. All items shipping domestically within the US usually arrives in 5-7 business days. All other locations may take up to 4 weeks (if not more) to arrive. Please note that delays do occur which we unfortunately have no control over. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Shipping rates will vary based on destination, which is calculated by our shipping carriers. We have worked with them to bring affordable rate and apologize if they are higher than expected. 

What's the difference between processing time and delivery time?

The shipping speed you select at checkout is just that, the shipping speed. This is the time it will take the USPS or UPS to DELIVER your item (barring any delays that are out of our control). The processing time of 1-9 weeks is stated throughout the website, on product pages, and agreement you check before you place your order. This is the time it will take for us to make your item. This is due to the volume of orders both on this site and with wholesale items at any given time, availability of stock from suppliers, and the time it takes to make each sweater.

It's been a while since my order was placed and I haven't heard anything, what should I do?

If you haven't received an email with a tracking number, it means your item is still in our queue. After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for purchase. Please only contact us with questions regarding your orders status after 6-8 weeks have passed. This will allow us to give a better picture on your order status. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages in the mail. While we will work with you to locate it, once we drop a package off it is no longer in our hands. We handle each order on a case by case basis before sending out a new item.

SIZING

What size should I get?

Each listing has a size chart as the last picture on the product page. All items are true to size and unisex. Pleas double check your size before ordering as edits cannot be made once an order is placed. 

My size either isn't offered or isn't in stock, is there anything I can do?

We currently offer sizes S-5XL. Not every item will be stocked or available in these sizes and that is just due to supply issue that is out of our hands. We are unable to offer any sizes outside of this range as we have not found a supplier who makes them yet. If your size is out of stock, please sign up for the restock update on the item page to be notified during a restock. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I changed my mind, how can I cancel my order? 

Requests for order cancelations and refunds need to be sent within 24 hours of the order date. Following this time we are unable to honor any refunds or cancelations because the order has been processed in our system and materials have been ordered to complete it. Since our items are made to order, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges following this period. If you have any further questions please email us as we will handle them on a case by case basis. 

Theres a problem with my order, how do I fix it? 

If you inputed the wrong shipping address, please email us at support@honeybin.co with your name, order number, and new address to have it changed. If there is a problem with the size, we do not except any exchanges at this time. If there is an error with your order on our end, please let us know so we can work to correct that. 

OTHER

Can I request a custom order?

At this time, we will no longer be doing custom orders. Please subscribe to our email list and follow us on instagram for any updates if this changes. 

How do I care for my items?

At the top of the site with the menu is a care guide. Please refer to the description of your item for the right care instructions.
